55 minutes of physical FITness!  This high intensity TRX workout pushes you to your limits to get the FITest you possible. An exhausting 45 minute workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching. Do you have what it takes?


55 minutes of STRONG. This slower paced TRX workout involves reps, sets, form and technique to build the STRONGest you possible. A 45 minute strength based workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching.

Now included in your group training package! Come and try Slow Candle-Lit Flow, ideal for winding down in the evening, or Energising Vinyasa Flow to wake you up – we have you covered!


Get ready to go HARDCORE! 45 minutes of Hard CORE exercises on the floor to build your strongest core yet! Followed by a deeper longer stretching session to relax and unwind.
