55 minutes of physical FITness!  This high intensity TRX workout pushes you to your limits to get the FITest you possible. An exhausting 45 minute workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching. Do you have what it takes?


55 minutes of STRONG. This slower paced TRX workout involves reps, sets, form and technique to build the STRONGest you possible. Learn how to improve your strength and endurance and tone at the same time. A 45 minute strength based workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching.


45 minutes of STRETCH, relax and rewind. What better way to end your week and sooth your body into the weekend. With guest trainers, we’ll infuse YOGA, PILATES, TRX & BREATHING techniques to keep you flexible and in your best shape.
