TRX: Fit with Jamie

TRX: Strong with Jamie
Join Jamie, in this slower paced 45 minute ‘strength & technique’ based TRX workout. Like a traditional gym workout with a twist. Followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching to a great soundtrack. (en/es)
TRX: Core & Stretch with Jamie
Join Jamie, and feel your core burn with this 35 minute core based TRX workout, not for the fainthearted! Followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching to relax & unwind before the weekend. (en/es)
TRX: Freestyle with Daniela
One size doesn’t fit all. This is a strong, cardio fitness & strength workout rolled into one, but being a Freestyle TRX class, Daniela adapts the class on the fly, to suit the group. (en/it)
Pilates: Soft & Strong with Daniela
Join Daniela and become confident in your body in accordance with Joseph Pilates’ 6 principle method: learn control, centring, concentration, precision, breathing and flowing movement. Come as you are, leave walking on air. All levels welcome. (en/it)
