TRX – Fit with Jamie
Join Jamie, founder of The Studio and get your heart racing with a 45 minute ‘against the clock’ cardio based TRX workout, followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching. Do you have what it takes? (en/es)
TRX – Strong with Jamie
Join Jamie, founder of The Studio in this slower paced 45 minute ‘strength & technique’ based TRX workout. Followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching to a great soundtrack. (en/es)
TRX – Core + Stretch with Jamie
Join Jamie, founder of The Studio and get ripped abs with this 35 minute core based TRX workout, not for the fainthearted! Followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching to relax & unwind before the weekend. (en/es)
Yoga with Lina
Now included in your group training package. Come and join Lina in Slow Candle-Lit Flow, ideal for winding down in the evening, or Energising Vinyasa Flow to wake you up in the morning or over the weekend. (en/lt)
Pilates Matwork with Daniela
Join Daniela and become confident in your body in accordance with Joseph Pilates’ 6 principle method: learn control, centring, concentration, precision, breathing and flowing movement. Come as you are, leave walking on air. All levels welcome. (en/it)
Perfect Posture with Sylvana
Taken by Sylvana who has a degree in classical and contemporary dance, this is an intense physical conditioning class that will give you a long, strong, toned physique with a ballet theme. (en/es)
