TRX – Strong with Jamie
Join Jamie, in this slower paced 45 minute ‘strength & technique’ based TRX workout. Like a traditional gym workout with a twist. Followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching to a great soundtrack. (en/es)
TRX – Core + Stretch with Jamie
Join Jamie, and feel your core burn with this 35 minute core based TRX workout, not for the fainthearted! Followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching to relax & unwind before the weekend. (en/es)
Yoga with Lina
Come and join Lina on the mat for Slow Candle-Lit Flow, ideal for winding down in the evening, or Energising Vinyasa Flow to wake you up in the morning or over the weekend. (en/lt)
Pilates with Daniela
